We were so lucky to find Sara, who made our dream wedding become a reality. Her and Emanuele were incredibly gracious in their time, answering countless questions and helping us navigate, what we assumed would be a very overwhelming process from abroad. Every step of the journey was absolutely seamless and even though we were based in the US, it didn’t feel like she and her team were halfway across the globe. She managed all of the vendors and provided a breadth of options to suit our needs and vision.

The wedding weekend itself went off without a hitch. Sara and her team were there when we needed them and we were able to fully enjoy each day without any stress. We couldn’t imagine having any other wedding planner and would highly recommend her and her team.

Sara, thank you for being part of such a big moment in our lives.

Hey Sara and Alessia, we are forever grateful for you both helping to make our wedding a dream come true. You clearly went above and beyond! The events went better and were more fun/beautiful/magical than we could have ever imagined. We’ve had so many guests genuinely tell us that this was the best wedding they’ve ever attended (including their own haha). Also, we know it hasn’t been easy with the time changes/our work schedules in responding to your emails so we are so appreciative of both of your everlasting patience!

We’ve lost count over how many guests commented how talented he is and how special he made both the ceremony and aperitif. It meant so much that he learned my favorite song for the walk back down the aisle, it will be an integral part of an unbelievably special memory that I will never forget.

Floé weddings was a great partner for our four day wedding in Tuscany September 2023! From helping with venues, food, flowers, invitations and any kind of sourcing – we are extremely pleased with the end result and we will cherish this memory forever.

From the moment we contacted Sara, she was the most friendly, helpful and supportive person we could have wished for!

Sara meticulously planned our whole itinerary for our venue searching trip on our first trip to Italy, so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. We found the perfect venue together and thanks to Sara’s knowledge, contacts and recommendations we were able to confirm all our suppliers quickly with no issues.

Due to Covid, we had to postpone our wedding two years in a row. We absolutely wouldn’t have been able to do this without Sara. She was by our side throughout, and supported us as a friend through all the emotions, took the stress out of all the rearrangements, translating and negotiating with all suppliers. We were grateful for all her advice and opinion on everything…from mood boards and menu choices, to candle colors! We finally had our wedding last summer and it was our dream wedding. We wouldn’t have wanted to go through our wedding planning experience with anyone else. Sara was amazing and I didn’t want our day, or the whole process to end.

Sara helped us plan our perfect wedding from halfway across the world! From start to finish, the team was extremely attentive, guiding us through all the vendor selections and design plans. They made everything easy thanks to spreadsheets for payments and vendors and budget tracking that was constantly updated. With only one visit to Italy, Sara brought our vision to life despite our tight budget!

Sara always made time to hop on a call and answer our questions whenever we needed help and was great at communicating throughout. Sara really took all the stress out of planning, which meant we had no worries leading up to the big day (despite a terrible weather forecast!).
She went above and beyond to ensure all our requests were catered for, even doing her own research into traditional ceremonies for our Iranian Sofreh Aghd ceremony. Sara had so many great suggestions for ways to elevate the day, and it really showed. Everyone at the wedding had a fantastic time, we didn’t worry about a thing, and the team perfectly handled every request.

Sara made our dream of getting married in Italy a reality and we truly could not have done it without her. When we first got engaged, my husband and I talked about how we would both love to get married in Italy, but we weren’t sure if we could actually pull it off. Sara made it all possible. She helped us determine an area, find a venue and select some of the best vendors, many of them local to the area we got married in that we definitely wouldn’t have found on our own.

Sara was very easy to work with and always maintained a calm and positive attitude. She was also very clear and upfront about things like budget/logistics, while also being extremely organized which was incredibly helpful as there were many details to keep track of.

Our wedding week really was a dream come true. Thank you Sara to you and your team for everything! We wish we could relive it all over again.
