Without a doubt the most attentive, responsive, helpful and genuinely caring wedding planners who looked after us and our destination wedding (Australia > Italy) dreams from start to finish for 2 years. The most worthwhile cost you will spend as they will help organise everything to make your day stress free and effortless. Ask about their pool parties too! Grazie Grazie Grazie.

Dear Sara, Alessia and Emanuele,

Now that we are finally settled back in Denver, I wanted to reach out and thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for the magic that your team created for us two weeks ago. Although it is nice to be home, I genuinely feel like our hearts are still at Borgo Stomennano. The wedding was above and beyond all of our most extraordinary expectations, and as we are continually reflecting and recalling our favorite memories, we keep coming back to the outstanding level of service received by your team. Having worked with you for almost two years, I knew Floe was top notch in terms of responsiveness, organization and attention to detail, however the week-of coordination and ultimate event experience was truly outstanding. Every element was handled impeccably, and there was not one moment where we thought “what now?” or “who is handling this?”. We were able to be entirely present and enjoy the company of our friends and family who traveled so far to be with us, and it was truly the greatest gift we could ask for.

Alessia – We were so sad not to get to see you during wedding week, but all of your hard work the past year was very apparent! Thank you so much for everything you did for us, from the site visits last May to responding to all of my many emails. You stayed on top of so many details, and your organization made us feel so taken care of even when things felt stressful. Thank you for keeping us on track with the many decisions (crazy how we planned for two years and I still was rushing to complete playlists and the seating chart…) and always having a positive and happy attitude. I hope you know how much we appreciate you, and I hope you will soon see more of the payoff via the full wedding gallery and video!!

Emanuele – Your presence on-site during each event was so helpful. Thank you for being there for us and for your patient and calm demeanor. Several times I had a random thought or question (or a guest asked me a question), and you were always nearby, ready and waiting to assist (and you always had an answer)! Thank you for braving the heat for us and being a huge part of the reason everything ran so smoothly.

Sara – Of course, you were the brains behind everything and to which we owe our entire wedding story! I felt we clicked immediately two years ago due to your creative eye and realistic, practicable approach. You were upfront about budget from day one (remember when I wanted to do it for 50,000 EUR? Lol…) and pulled off the wedding of my dreams. I was so worried about planning something that felt “like us” from afar, but you really listened to us, our concerns and our personalities and executed it exactly how I imagined, plus more. When we visited last May, I started to get decision fatigue from some of the styling questions, and you helped so much with suggestions and proposals. I knew I could trust your eye, and it was so helpful to defer to your expertise throughout the next year. I am not sure our guests noticed every detail (though people did compliment the green water glass!), but I certainly did, and I appreciate so much that you listened to us throughout every choice. Your taste in vendors was EXCELLENT – our number one vendor (aside from Floe, obviously) has to be Roland’s. I remember you recommending them as the best in the business, and they were truly out of this world. Our guests have all said the best food they had in Italy was at our wedding, and the level of service was beyond compare. Additionally, Suely and her team made my bridal party feel amazing, and in particular my mom was thrilled, and she is hard to please! The flowers by Stiati were more stunning than I even imagined – I was pleasantly surprised that our budget bought a LOT of beautiful flowers! They have looked absolutely gorgeous in the photos, and I can’t wait to see more. And of course, people are still talking about how amazing BritPops was. I am so glad we trusted you on everyone you recommended because you were correct 100000%. Thank you also for all of the extra coordination re: the last minute call the Friday before, the welcome boxes, the PERFECT welcome dinner decorations and the most chic Aperol spritz pool party there ever was. I know a lot of what you did was outside the scope of your job, and we really, really appreciate all of the work you did for us. I cannot imagine having done the wedding without you by our side to answer every random question and handle interesting situations (such as inappropriate guest behavior…) with calmness and grace. Everyone keeps thanking us for having such an extraordinary and beautiful wedding, but truly all credit goes to you. You are absolutely a master in this industry, and I am so beyond grateful that I found Floe.

We are going to be basking in newlywed bliss for weeks to come, and I will certainly share the full photo gallery and video when we get them! You created magic for us, and I cannot wait to follow along as you do the same for future couples.

Our wedding exceeded all our expectations. Our guests were raving (and still are!) that this was the best wedding they have been to. We knew from that first call that Floe Weddings was going to be perfect for us. Sara was easy to connect with, organized and very informative. We knew we were going to be in good hands.

Fast forward to the pandemic that upended everyone’s plans. Sara and Vanessa took care of everything during that period. We were never stressed. When it came time to have the wedding of our dreams two years later, every detail was thought of and executed upon.

Sara and Vanessa are great listeners, could grasp the uniqueness of what we wanted to achieve and always delivered. They know the best vendors and have deep knowledge of all the locations, they can help you navigate big and small decisions and provide expert guidance. Honestly words can not describe how unbelievably brilliant Sara and Alessia are. We had a dream idea for what our wedding could be and they went above and beyond to deliver us something so special we couldn’t have even imagined.

We are so thankful we found Floé Weddings to plan our welcome party, wedding, and linked event at a winery and would highly recommend them again and again to any couple!

Sara and Emanuele went above and beyond to help us navigate every faucet of our wedding planning experience. We worked with them for a little over a year and they took time to get to know us as a couple and all of our preferences.

Throughout the process, they were always accessible to meet or answer questions. They also kept us extremely organized, on task, and on budget which made the planning process fun and stress-free. We couldn’t do a venue tour or tasting ahead of our wedding so we relied heavily on their vendor recommendations since we live in the US and were getting married in Tuscany outside of Siena.

We completely trusted their vetted relationships (flowers, caterer, band, lighting, etc.). Every vendor was as described and went above and beyond to make our day perfect. Because Sarah/Emanuele are so experienced, we appreciated the practical input they were able to provide and their attention to detail on things that we would have never thought of without them. On the wedding weekend, they were professional, calm, and collected which allowed us to relax and enjoy our perfect weekend.

Let us first start off with saying that Sara is awesome, and potentially a secret member of the Avengers 🙂

When we kicked off our journey together in 2019, we were immediately impressed with her organizational skills. We didn’t quite know what to expect and planning a wedding seemed quite daunting… and then she sent us a website with potential venues (all easy to compare), an itinerary, a payment plan with all things one could possibly imagine accounted for. Amazing. She was very involved, everything was tailored and we had great fun on our tasting tour!

Then… unfortunately Covid-19 happened, but with Sara at our side we wavered that storm. She constantly kept us in the know on developments, helped us move the wedding without any problems or challenges. She was a rock in the surf!

In September we finally tied the knot, the day was magical and happened without any hick-ups and we have Sara to thank for that! Grazie mille!

There is no version of our wedding that exists without Floe Weddings. It simply would not have happened. But not only did it happen, it truly was the most perfect weekend of our lives.

From our first call with Sara and Alessia, we felt completely supported. We started with only a loose idea of what we wanted our three day celebration to feel like. When issues came up, they handled them quietly in the background and brought us solutions, not problems. They thought through logistics we would never have considered on our own and coordinated everything so the weekend flowed naturally from one moment to the next. We did not have to worry about a single detail the entire wedding weekend.

We were able to be fully present with each other and with our guests, which is the greatest gift they could have given us.
We continue to hear from our family and friends that it was the most magical wedding they’ve ever attended. None of it would have been possible without Sara and Alessia. Sara and Alessia were truly a dream to work with. My sister and I both used Floé Weddings for our Tuscany weddings, and I can’t say enough wonderful things about them. The service we experienced from start to finish was nothing but exceptional.
Deciding to get married is a big step. Planning a wedding in your own country is stressful. Planning a wedding abroad is a whole different ball game. But Sara made it look easy!

From the first consultation, to picking the venue, to every interaction following this – and let me tell you there were many, Sara and her team were there to basically hold our hands every step of the way.
She kept us on track with her phenomenal organizational skills, made sure we made each decision with all the information necessary. Guided us without being too pushy, and was always open and honest every step of the way. She let us ask as many questions as possible. She answered about a million emails! There was no task too big or too small, if it mattered to us it mattered her. Her passion in creating our perfect wedding could only have one outcome, is that me and James had the most wonderful celebrations without any of the stress.

Sara and Alessia made the 3 days of our wedding celebration come out as a fairytale wedding, and we can’t thank them enough. There are probably not enough words to express how happy and thankful we are for everything they have helped us create.
