The package is designed for just the two of you or small groups of up to ten people and includes location scouting, an officiant for the symbolic ceremony, photography, and floral elements such as the bridal bouquet and buttonhole.

BOUQUET
We’ll work with a trusted florist to design and make the floral essentials: bouquet and buttonhole that reflect your style. We will take care of delivering them to you directly on the big day.
PHOTOGRAPHY
A two-hour photo session to capture your ceremony and the timeless beauty of Tuscany, wandering through the charming streets of Florence or surrounded by the rolling hills of Chianti.
CEREMONY
We assist you in creating a deeply personal script that truly reflects your story and we officiate with grace the symbolic rite.

Religious blessing
If you wish to receive a blessing in accordance with your faith and have already been married within that religious tradition, we can assist with the preparations and requirements needed.
We’ll select suitable locations for your faith, provide instructions of all the documents you need to provide and introduce a minister of your denomination to officiate the ceremony.
Refreshments & Dinner
Whether it’s an informal aperitif or a three course meal dinner, we have the right solution for you. We can propose the best restaurants or caterers to fulfill your wishes. Indeed each partner offers tailor-made proposals based on your tastes, style, and specific needs, guaranteeing a dining experience that truly reflects the type of celebration you’re looking for.
Design project
Starting from your ideas we create a design project that reflects your vision, from simple personal flowers to more elaborated decorations. We’ll define moodboards, color palettes, and floorplans when required. We help you visualize how each element comes together, translating your vision into a concrete and beautifully balanced project that can include flowers, lights, table setting and whatever is needed to frame your vows renewal.

Hairstyle & Makeup

We share a presentation with a brief description of each artist together with their prices and a link to view an example of their work. The one you choose will listen carefully to your preferences and create a look that enhances your features and matches the overall style of the event.
Music & Entertainment
Your promises are the focus of the day, but music can be the added touch that makes the celebration truly magical. From a string quartet to a gospel choir, from jazz and opera to rock, pop, we’ll help you find the sound that best reflects your style for every moment of your event.
We share a presentation with a brief description of each musician together with their prices and a link to listen to their demos.
Transportation
We can arrange seamless transfer services to ensure every guest arrives comfortably and on time to your celebration. From hotels to the venue and back we coordinate every detail with precision.
Looking for a unique arrival? We also work with trusted suppliers offering vintage cars, luxury vehicles, or traditional Italian Vespas, to add a touch of Italian charm and personality.

How far in advance should we start planning?
If you are looking for an intimate event with just a few services (like our Forever&Ever package), or dream of a low season celebration (from October till April), planning can begin as little as 3 months in advance.
If instead you have more guests and want to organize something more elaborated and personalized we suggest getting started at least 8/12 months before the desired date.
Can we turn our vow renewal into a full celebration with more guests?
Absolutely! We can elevate your vow renewal into a full-scale event for a larger group, customizing every element to match your style, story, and wishes.

Yes! We plan anniversaries and other private events of any size.
Can you help us organize a religious blessing according to our faith?
Yes. If you were originally married under a religious tradition and have a valid wedding certificate from your faith, we can assist with the organization of a religious blessing in Tuscany.
Where can we hold the ceremony?
We can consider different alternatives based on the guest count and type of celebration:
• For smaller events, the ceremony can take place right where you’re staying, such as a private garden or scenic corner of your accommodation.
• For larger gatherings, it’s usually necessary to rent a dedicated venue where you can host both the ceremony and the celebration.
Can we add other services to the FOREVER&EVER package?
Of course! While the Forever&Ever package covers the essentials for a meaningful intimate renewal, we can add tailored services: from dinner arrangements to floral design, music, makeup, and more, all customized to your needs and quoted accordingly.
How much does it cost to have a renewal of vows in Tuscany?
• Our Forever&Ever Package starts at € 2.950 + taxes and includes the essential services: symbolic officiant, 2 hours photo session with a professional photographer, bridal bouquet and buttonhole, organization and definition of the ceremony setting if necessary.
• If you are looking for a more personalized event, the total cost depends on the number of guests and the services you choose. We’d be happy to discuss your ideas and provide a custom estimate after learning more about your plans.
How does your fee work?
Our planning fee is always a flat rate, defined clearly from the beginning based on the services and level of support you need.
Will someone be there on the day to manage everything?
Yes, on the wedding day, we’re on-site to coordinate vendors and oversee every aspect. Beyond logistics, we provide assistance to you and your guests (if you have any), ensuring the day unfolds effortlessly, just as you envisioned.
