How far in advance should we start planning?
We recommend starting the planning process at least 3 months in advance.
If you wish to have a legally binding civil ceremony, the timeline may be longer due to the paperwork required, which varies depending on your nationality and country of residence.
We suggest getting in touch early, before booking your trip, so we can walk you through the steps and confirm the correct timing based on your specific situation.
Can you help us organize a civil ceremony?
Yes. We provide paralegal support for the paperwork and offer interpreter services when needed.
The process and timeline vary depending on your country of origin and residence. Once we understand your case, we’ll provide a clear overview of requirements, steps, and costs.
Can you help us organize a religious ceremony according to our faith?
Absolutely. If you wish to include a religious element in your elopement, we can support you in organizing a ceremony aligned with your faith.
As with legal weddings, this may require additional time and documentation. Contact us to understand the process and the timeline that applies to your denomination.
Where can we hold the ceremony?
Every type of ceremony implies different options in terms of setting:
• Civil weddings can only take place in official Italian town halls or in a limited number of licensed venues.
• Religious ceremonies follow the requirements of each faith: while Jewish and Protestant marriages can happen at any venue including outdoor spaces, Catholic weddings can only be celebrated in churches.
• Symbolic weddings, instead, offer full flexibility, you can hold the ceremony wherever you like: in a private garden, a scenic terrace, or even the grounds of your accommodation.
Can we add other services to the HEART 2 HEART package?
Of course! While our elopement package covers the essentials, we can add tailored services such as beauty, photography, transportation, dinner arrangements, floral design and more, all at a personalized cost based on your needs.
How much does it cost to have an elopement in Tuscany?
• Our Heart 2 Heart Package starts at € 2.950 + taxes and includes the essential services: symbolic officiant, 2 hours photo session with a professional photographer, bridal bouquet and buttonhole, organization and definition of the ceremony setting if necessary.
• If you’re looking for something more customized, the cost will vary according to your vision and any extras you’d like to include. Once we understand your preferences, we’ll be happy to provide a detailed estimate.
How does your fee work?
Our planning fee is always a flat rate, defined at the beginning of the process based on your event type and the level of support required.
Will someone be there on the day to manage everything?
Yes. On your wedding day, we’ll be on-site to coordinate vendors, manage timing, and take care of logistics.
