How does your fee work? Do you charge a flat rate or a percentage?
We apply a flat rate based on the complexity of the wedding: number of guests, linked events, specific requirements of each couple. Our philosophy is based on transparency, we want you to be confident that we work exclusively in your interest.
When we reply to each enquiry, we immediately send a presentation of our services and fees which we then adjust based on your specific vision and needs.
Do you offer partial planning services if we already booked some vendors?
No, we don’t offer partial planning. Even if you’ve already secured a few suppliers, we still need to coordinate and integrate them into the overall flow of the event.
Vendors must interact with each other smoothly, and the only way to guarantee seamless logistics and a flawless experience is by having full oversight.
For this reason, our support always falls under the full planning service.
When should we start planning our wedding in Tuscany?
The ideal time to start planning your destination wedding is about 18 months before your desired date.
The first and most important step is securing the venue, starting this early usually means a wider selection of available locations, giving you the flexibility to choose the perfect setting and build the event flow around it.
Planning well in advance also allows you to select and confirm your key vendors with more freedom, shaping every detail of the celebration around your vision, style, and preferences.
How much does it cost to have a wedding in Tuscany?
There’s no one-size-fits-all answer, the final budget depends on many variables.
That’s why we always suggest considering the minimum cost per person, broken down by event and service. This breakdown should give you a realistic overview and help shape the experience around your priorities.
Here are some starting figures based on recent weddings and current market rates:

Do you help us build our wedding budget and stay on track?
Absolutely. We start drafting your budget estimate even before the venue is confirmed.
This file includes all expected costs for every supplier and becomes your financial guide throughout the planning journey.
Each time you confirm a service, we update the budget accordingly.
It also includes a payment schedule, so you can manage your finances with clarity and ease.
Are you with us throughout the whole planning process?

Do you assist with tastings and vendor meetings?
Yes! We schedule and attend every appointment, whether in person or remotely.
If you’re coming to Italy, we’ll accompany you. If not, we organize video calls so you don’t miss a single step of the experience.
Do you take care of vendors’ coordination on the wedding day?
Absolutely. On the big day, we’re on-site to manage vendors, monitor timing, and make sure every detail unfolds just as planned. Beyond logistics, we support you and your guests, making the day feel effortless, so you can focus on what matters most
Can we work with vendors we’ve found ourselves?
We’re always open to reviewing your preferred vendors. That said, one of the main reasons couples choose Floé is for our deep knowledge of trusted professionals in Tuscany.
For key services like catering, we strongly recommend working with our carefully selected partners, they’ve been tested over time and meet the quality standards we promise to our couples.
Please note: some venues have strict vendor restrictions, and in those cases, alternative suppliers may not be allowed.
Do you organize accommodations and transfers for guests?
Our planning packages always include:
- Suggestions of overnight options near your venue that guests can book directly (if the venue doesn’t already have accommodation onsite).
- Instructions and contacts so that each guest can organize transfers at arrival and departure independently.
- Organization of group transportation for the wedding and for the linked events.
In case you would like better assistance for individual needs (overnight, private shuttles, baby sitters….) we offer a concierge service that can be quoted according to your needs.
